/RADAR\ is a palindromic work for trombone octet that explores the reversal of sounds, rhythms, and formulaic ideas. In the work, the trombone octet is split into two quartets, each playing the same musical material; however, the first quartet plays the material forwards, while the other quartet plays the material backwards, creating a composite palindrome across the entire ensemble.
