Fanfare of the 360th

Premiered by the Flagstaff Community Band in celebration of their 30th annual season

To celebrate the 30th season of the Flagstaff Community Band, I was asked to write a celebratory fanfare that the band would help shape and premiere. Fanfare of the 360th is the culmination of that shaping. The piece aims to be an exciting, fun work that showcases the strengths of the band, creating an experience that the community can enjoy. The performances of the Flagstaff Community Band's 30th season, which heavily featured Fanfare of the 360th, was chosen as a finalist for the 15th annual Viola Awards Excellence in Music award.
